Log Files

HexDigital follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. • It is illegal to incorporate all or part of any image or video into another image. Changing an image or videos does not give you any right to use the altered Image. The original image, however modified or distorted, is still protected by copyright.
• HexDigital will be entitled to liquidated damages for each Unauthorized Use of any image or video. “Unauthorized use” means any reproduction that is not specifically granted by HexDigital.
